Family owned · Since 1997
Twenty-plus years of washing Miami's rugs from the same small shop in Miami Beach — no call center, no franchise playbook, no crew that's never seen a hand-knotted rug before.
Who you're dealing with
Because with a small shop, accountability has a face. The person who inspects your rug at pickup is the person who answers when you call about it — and the person responsible when it comes back.
We've been doing this in Miami-Dade since 1997. In that time we've handled everything the city's floors can hold: antique Persians from Coral Gables estates, silk pieces from Brickell high-rises, sun-faded wool from Key Biscayne beach houses, and plenty of well-loved family rugs that just needed honest care.
Our business model is simple: do the work properly, tell the truth about what a rug needs, and the same customers come back for years.
That truth-telling cuts both ways. Sometimes it means recommending the full shop wash because the rug genuinely needs it. Sometimes it means telling you a simple on-site cleaning is enough — or that a rug isn't worth spending on at all. Either way, you hear it before we start, never after.
We work by appointment, pickup and delivery are free anywhere in Miami-Dade, and se habla español — half our customers prefer it.
Two ways to clean a rug
What to expect
We inspect the rug with you at pickup and give you the exact price before it leaves your home. No phone-guess numbers that grow later.
Dusting, a fiber-matched wash, spot and fringe work — at our Byron Avenue shop, not on your living room floor.
Most rugs are home in about a week. Full drying in Miami humidity can't be rushed, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Your rug comes back groomed, wrapped, and delivered to your door. We do the rolling, lifting, and carrying ourselves.
Next step
Bring us the question before you bring us the rug. A short call is usually enough to tell you whether it's worth a pickup — and if it is, the inspection and the exact quote happen at your door, before anything is decided.
Curious what happens after pickup? The whole wash is laid out on our process page, repair options live on the repairs page, and the gallery shows the shop at work.
