Only what you type into the pickup form: your name, phone number, neighborhood, rug type, and the optional note. That is the whole list. We don't ask for your address or any payment details on this website.
Our server also automatically records the IP address and browser you submitted from. That exists to stop automated spam.
Your request is stored with Cloudflare, the service that hosts this site, then emailed to our office and written to a private Google spreadsheet only the owner can open.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers — nothing on these pages loads from another company's server. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
We keep your request as long as it's useful for serving you. If you want your information deleted, call (305) 767-2454 and we'll remove it.
